All events are free of charge unless indicated. The Festival is run entirely by volunteers and relies on donations to cover costs. Any surplus is distributed to local groups. Donations are gratefully received at some events where cash collections can be made. Alternatively, if you have enjoyed the events you can donate a fixed amount here:

There will be some printed copies of the summary programme available at Wytham Stores, Port Meadow Convenience Store and St Peter’s Church. These are intended for those who do not have access to the internet to download a copy. Please tell friends and neighbours who may need one.

Please note that children must be accompanied by a responsible adult to all events

2-5pmOpen Boats on the Canal Wander down the canal and visit the open boats to experience a watery way of life from Dukes Cut to the PloughAccess at Wolvercote Lock (steps from Godstow Road Bridge), or level access on unsurfaced track via Joe White's Lane (next to Goose Green). Step-free access via the asphalt towpath from the canal bridge opposite The Plough (although note there is a short section of unpaved track leading up to the bridge from Wolvercote Green).

SUN 262-4.00pmMammal Tracking Survey Oxfordshire Mammal Group – Bob Cowley running a mammal tracking surveySuitable for adults and children aged 6 plus.
Based around Wolvercote Village Hall, this is your chance to join Bob Cowley and his team to survey Wolvercote Green, Goose Green and the surrounding area for large or small mammals, using neat tracking techniques. They will have demonstrations and displays for you to see before showing you where to look and how to use these techniques. Once learnt you might even be able to survey your own garden to find out what little creatures are be sharing your home!
You can drop into the village hall at any time between 2pm – 4pm to ask them any questions or join them on their excursions onto the greens and along the canal.
